Dair Press is an independent publisher for passionate young authors, with modern, playful branding that reflects the progressive curiosity of the artists under it’s umbrella.

Dair, pronounced “dare”, comes from the old Irish Ogham Script, in which a tree represents each letter’s name. Dair, represented by the symbol of the logo, is the alphabet’s letter “D” and the Old Irish name for oak trees. 

You can still find writings in the Ogham script carved on stone monuments throughout Ireland.
